You have recently purchased a windows server that comes preinstalled with internet explorer. This is a shame, as installing any other software using internet explorer that is limited might take a long long while. Disabling security features and allowing websites. So we have a very easy solution for you, install it via windows powershell.

  1. Go to search → windows powershell
  2. Copy & paste the following code:

    $LocalTempDir = $env:TEMP; $ChromeInstaller = "ChromeInstaller.exe"; (new-object    System.Net.WebClient).DownloadFile('http://dl.google.com/chrome/install/375.126/chrome_installer.exe',
    "$LocalTempDir\$ChromeInstaller"); & "$LocalTempDir\$ChromeInstaller" /silent /install; $Process2Monitor =  "ChromeInstaller"; Do { $ProcessesFound = Get-Process | ?{$Process2Monitor -contains $_.Name} |
    Select-Object -ExpandProperty Name; If ($ProcessesFound) { "Still running: $($ProcessesFound -join ', ')" | Write-Host; Start-Sleep -Seconds 2 }
    else { rm "$LocalTempDir\$ChromeInstaller" -ErrorAction SilentlyContinue -Verbose } } Until (!$ProcessesFound)

  3. Press enter and wait until the task is done. This should take you at most 2 minutes.
